The picture is the view from the lanai of unit B305. We were in this unit February 14th to February 29th this year. When you go to Kauai
in December to March you have a really good chance to see humpback whales. January and February are usually the best months. We saw them blowing their spouts in the air and breaching right from the lanai. There are several boat trips that will take you out for a closer look. If your lucky enough to go during this time, it will be something you won't want to miss.
