The Pono Kai Resort on the Beautiful Island of Kauai.

$1,000We go to this beautiful, peaceful resort every year. After our first visit, I started accumulating weeks at the resort and I always have extra weeks that I rent out.
Because I'm an owner, I get my choice of buildings and villas at the resort. The resort is located in the small town of Kapaa, on the east side of Kauai. Pono Kai rests on 12 oceanfront acres.
The Pono Kai resort is a nice quiet place to spend a relaxing vacation. It is not a mega resort with water slides and large theme pools. In fact the whole Island of Kauai is more laid back and genuinely Hawaiian. Kapaa is centrally located on the island so you can access both the north and south sides of the island and their activities in about a half an hour. Kapaa has nice shops and restaurants within walking distance of the resort. Take some time and look through the website. If you have any questions, Click "Contact Us". It's not too early to start thinking about 2020. People are even letting me know now so I save them a 2020 week. Bookings can be made one year in advance and you will have a much better chance of getting the oceanfront unit you want. People have been booking very early the last few years.

Exciting news!!
My wife and I have just purchased a condo on the island of Molokai. It's a small piece of Paradise between Oahu and Maui. We now own a beautiful ocean view one bedroom condo at WaveCrest resort. We plan to retire to this condo but we will be renting it out while we are not using it for the next few years.
