Rates are for a full week and are the same for either a Wednesday or a Saturday checkin.
Weeks are Wednesday to Wednesday or Saturday to Saturday.

Ocean Front One Bedroom\One Bath sleeps 4 $900 per week
One Bedroom\One Bath with Loft sleeps 6 $925 per week

Many Villas in buildings E, F and G have ocean views. Buildings A, B, C and D are ocean front. Most villas of building B have no trees blocking your view of the ocean. Building D is about one block from Ono Family Restaurant and the famous Ono Shave Ice. The new bike/walking path runs right along the ocean. It is a nice new wide path that runs for about 5 miles. Bikes can be rented right next door to the Pono Kai for about $10 a day. Every building is close to at least one gas BBQ that is available for the guests to use. The BBQ's even have a spot light on them for night grilling. There is an herb garden for the guest to use also. It's located by the pool. Just clip off what you need from their many choices.
Other Costs
The only other mandatory cost is the Hawaii occupancy tax paid to the resort at check out. That is $25.00 for the week for a one bedroom and $50.00 for the week for a two bedroom. You will have to give a credit card upon checkin for a deposit in case of any damages.
If you want to use an in room safe it is $2.50 a day. WIFI is free in the lobby and by the pool. In room internet is $12.50 a day or $40.00 per week. I always use my mobile service AT&T and it works great on the whole island. I have used the free WIFI by the pool and it worked great. Maid service comes on Wednesday and Saturday for a light midweek cleaning and linen change. They will come a few other days during your stay to replace and take any used towels. You can always go down to House Keeping anytime to get more towels. They even supply free beach towels and free bathrobes. These are signed out at House Keeping. There is a fee if they are not returned. Coin operated ($1.25 per wash and $1.25 per dry) washers and dryers are in every building. They are located on the first floor by the elevators. Supplies can be brought from home, purchased at the front desk or the local grocery store.
